  It took 20 full minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries, the fries were cold and they forgot my sauce. There were three young guys up front talking with each other instead of actually working to get food to people.

  Would give zero stars. Place mobile order long before arriving. Drive Thur line was long, but I waited in the line since the employees aren’t trained to check mobile orders in their system if change from drive thur to pick up. Once I got to the window, the guy told me to park forward…I gave my code, which the lady from the drive thur speaker confirmed my order… Not sure what management is doing. But it’s definitely not managing their team during morning rushes…not helping them or anything. Being useless as always. Anyway, I arrived early, so I can get to work on time with breakfast. But I had to stop waiting until I had ten minutes left to get to work. Already send in a bad survey and complaint thur the mobile app. Just to see if I can even get a refund. This place sucks, the employees can fake their jobs. Don’t do mobile orders to this poor managed, not fully staffed place. You will not get your food. You likely will not get a refund because their systems suck too. Might as well get breakfast from a different place. Because this McDonald can’t work together as a team. Especially during rushes like today and back in early January.

  WORST McDonald visit I have ever experienced. Not only did it take 15 + minutes to get my meal but the fries were NOT fresh, too salty and almost cold, burger was so sloppy I can barely eat it. I’m not one to be posting or talk negatively about anything but come on!! For the time that it took they could have shown some kind of effort!! I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION OR ANY FOR THAT MATTER UNLESS THEY CAN STEP IT UP and really make it up to me somehow,,, I doubt that though!! They don’t deserve the one star I’m giving them!! I chose McDonald out of all the other restaurants around and they did me dirty!!! DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION!!!!

  Iris and Nailie Alvarez man ole man, I never thought it would’ve took 30 minutes to make 5$ meals!!! You would think they were actually butchering the animals how long they took. From 130 till 200!! Some little girl who worked here made us go to the front after waiting already 20 minutes in line. My husband had to get out and go ask for our food where she told him that we weren’t waiting that long. While another male worker came out to apologize to us for her and the other ladies and understood that we were waiting too long for our food. NOT EVEN THE GM DID ANYTHING once she arrived and heard what had happened. THANK YOU TO THE MALES there for they’re help with their own coworkers

  Made a small order at the kiosk it was just a large frap large coke and ice cream cone waited 20 minutes nothing. I asked one of the employees about my order they said they already made the order and i asked how can that be and told them i clearly dont have it and been waiting there the whole time the only redeeming thing about this location was that i got the refund right away when the employee realized they gave my order to someone else in drive through
