  I love when both the women who are working right now (at this very moment I post this) are there, they create a great atmosphere, you can sense it when you come in, also theres one women, ill have to get her name, short brown/black hair, she has taken my order and made my food everytime i go, ive been 3 times, and its like perfect! Always on point, perfectly made, always honors my extra extra pickles request on my beach club, perfect toasting, overall the ingredients are fresh and always taste great!!! Do you know how many places ive gone to and ask for extra pickles and they literally give me 2 slices of pickles? Outrageous, not here though, perfect amount! I've been to other sandwich shops, like subway and quiznos and theres always something off, like the tomatoes or olives just taste weird, but not here!! I just got signed up for rewards because I know my boyfriend and I will continue going when we get the urge to eat out!!!

  My sister and I went in and ordered 2 sandwiches to go. We just live across the street so we took them home. Upon opening our sandwiches, we were so disappointed. This place is a sub joint correct? Our subs weren't even 1" thick, and that's including the roll. So I immediately call the store and tell the guy we just left, but we are returning with the food, and want a refund. We didn't even take a bite from either sub. It was puney, presentation was awful. It looked disgusting to be honest. Jimmy John's SUCKS, FOR REAL.

  Got my order wrong, luckily I had a feeling the guy at the register didn't understand. He gave me attitude when I tried telling him what I wanted and told me I had to order a number. So I said the number but that I only wanted certain ingredients. They made it normal way anyways. I checked it before I left, brought it back in and said it wasnt what I ordered. The guy gave me more attitude and said ,"I read it back to you slowly." Like I was dumb. I said yes I just wanted xyz. So he went and got another person. They act like trying to make my $11 sub with just meat, cheese, and lettuce again was a huge hardship. I asked for oil and vinegar and they gave me 'sauce' whatever that is. I'm over it. Not going back.

  I had a great experience today at Jimmy John’s. Virgina and the man who made my sandwhich I didn’t get his name were super nice and pleasant. My pickle which was delicious and their cherry coke was perfect. The music was awesome too. It was a vibe. Thank you!
