I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant at this Jimmy John’s location. I placed an order yesterday well before closing time, and instead of preparing or delivering it, they waited until the exact moment they closed to cancel it. No call, no explanation, nothing. Just a last‑minute cancellation and zero effort to make it right.
When I contacted the store the next day to figure out what happened, they refused to help or even attempt to complete the order. Their attitude made it clear they had no interest in customer service or accountability. I ended up having to reach out to corporate myself just to get a refund.
What’s even more concerning is that corporate informed me this location is a franchise, meaning they have no control over how it’s run. So if this is how the owners choose to operate—accepting orders, waiting until closing to cancel them, and then refusing to fix their own mistakes—customers are left with no real support.
I’m sharing this so people know what to expect before placing an order here. After this experience, I’ll probably be avoiding Jimmy John’s altogether.

Had a less than stellar experience yesterday at Jimmy John’s one of my favorite places to enjoy a toasted sandwich. I wanted to share my feedback with the store, and so far I’ve been hung up on twice bids there phone tree. I also reached out to their corporate headquarters and they provided me the following stating that it’s an independently owned franchise and good luck basically. Never really had an issue with Jimmy John’s as I love their bread and tasty sandwich sandwiches most of the time. Unfortunately, my sandwich lacked the meat and you can see from the picture I got a slice. It only had one slice of turkey, and basically tasted like a veggie sandwich! I could only taste was the ranch dressing and the lettuce. I wish I was able to have the time to go back to the store and return it…unfortunately, I was staying in a hotel down the street and lacked the time to address it in person. I usually order off the app and it is prepared, hot and ready to enjoy. Sadly, this store was inattentive and it was missing several elements in making a good sandwich at this location. Won’t return.
