This is a frequent issue when i come to this specific location something isnt right with my order, i understand mistakes happen people are human, but i got 40 wings and 2 large fries i didnt get 10 of the wings aswell as all those fries. we called and spoke to a manager who said she would have a replacement order because a new girl didnt hand out both bags to the delivery driver she told me when i was in the area to drop by, i was okay with that. as me and my family ate the things we found hair in the wings. it wasnt a chicken hair because i know sometimes the wings have chicken hairs.

Wow ! Terrible experience. Drove around town for 30 min to see that wingstop was the only place in town open at 12:45 am on New Year’s Day and I walked in and was the only customer in the store . The lady saw me come in and yet still continued cleaning what she was doing for about another 5-10 min befor helping me .By the time she came up she said “unfortunately we just closed “ and it was 12:58 and there was still a old lady in the Coner eating . Just completely bs.

The employees are super unfriendly, my fries never have seasoning on them. Like I love the wings but why oh why would anyone come here with a Bdubs down the road full of friendly staff and delicious SEASONED fries? C'mon, y'all can do so much better.

Although I frequently go to Wingstop to buy ranch, I haven’t eaten the food there in years and this visit reminded me of why that is. I like my wings extra extra crispy- I can’t do slimy wings. The times that I’ve been to any Wingstop location in the past, I’ve reiterated that it’s fine if they take a while- I just need them to ACTUALLY be crispy. Well today I ordered my extra crispy wings, and as my coworker was ordering(also crispy wings) after me I heard my name called lol… I was thinking it was a mistake and there’s no way these things are done yet, and the employee trying to find who they belonged to tried delivering them to a group that had already been sitting there. Eventually we figure out that it *is* my order, so despite the paleness and obvious limpness of these supposedly well-done wings, I take them to the table to test them out and see if looks are deceiving…but they were not. So I bring them back up to the dude at the counter and tell him I’m sorry, but these aren’t how I asked for, and I told him I had to touch them to find out so they probably shouldn’t re-use them. He informed someone(I think the manager) that they weren’t well done and she blamed him for the mistake saying that he needs to ring them in right, but my ticket literally said well done on it. He asked if he should throw them away and she made a face and told him no, which is concerning due to health code standards. She looks over at me and tells me that she got onto him about it (undeservedly, since he rang in my order correctly). In the meantime, my coworker’s food has been delivered and her wings are the same sad shade of pale as mine were, but she decides that she’s just going to try saving them at home in the air fryer and didn’t eat them in store. Not 5 minutes later(never have I known a wing to get golden in less than 15 minutes), my “crispy” wings get delivered again, and I say thank you and ask for an extra side of garlic parm sauce to dip my wings in because I can see that they are dry, there’s no sauce pooling at the bottom of the paper. She leaves and I already know these wings (the same wings that I sent back? Hopefully not 😩) suffered the same fate as the first ones I sent back - pale, limp wings longing for a fryer that never loved them back. I resigned myself to lackluster wings, because I knew that if the care wasn’t put into it the first two times, a third try wouldn’t deliver different results. The woman who dropped off my food comes back with it and tells me that just so I know, in the future this would be an additional charge but this time it’s okay. I let her know I understood, and also told her that in the future- these wings aren’t ones that pass as well done. Shortly after beginning to eat my soft-skinned chicken tragedies, I realized that I couldn’t taste any garlic on them…unless I dipped them into the ““extra”” side I had gotten 😂 extra being in quotation marks because I LITERALLY touched my tongue to all of my wings to see if there was sauce on them, and not a whisper of garlic was to be found, just heaps of Parmesan- like they had thought that not tossing the wings in sauce was the answer to getting them to be crispy, rather than more time in the fryer? Overall, this experience fell short of expectations. A restaurant that specializes in wings should be capable of fulfilling such a request or appropriately resolving the issue. Service would have gotten 1 star if not for Sergio, who’s always kind and friendly when I’ve gone in to buy a single ranch dressing 🙏🏼
