We came in for lunch and there was a lady with her son in front of us and the team member Jennifer was incredibly rude she had to go run to her car to get the rest of the money to pay for her food and the team member was saying she needs to pay before she does anything and when she told her she had to run to her car she told her to HURRY UP! in a very rude tone and there wasn't even a line just me and my man behind her then after she paid and it was our turn to order I ordered a shake and Jennifer asked what size and I told her small or medium whichever comes with it and she raised her voice at me saying I have to pick my own size it doesn't just come with it all around just very rude and unprofessional

I ordered a bacon and cheese Whataburger and somehow I got a jalapeño Whataburger don’t know how they rhyme, but they might just be deaf. I don’t see how you get jalapeño from bacon and cheese, but maybe it sounds the same

Traveling from California, I have to stop at Whataburger when I drive through Arizona, since there aren't any there. This location on Valencia was my first time here. The meal & dining area didn't disappoint. All of our order was served quick & tasty. The young man, Bryan who took our order was pleasant and attentive to our needs, stopping at our table at least 3 times to ask how everything was and if we needed anything, all while tucking in chairs, wiping down tables and the soft drink area and attending to customers walking in. I hope California gets Whataburger in the future, if not, I'll continue to visit this location for some really good burgers. Keep up the great work.
