Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger.     The little lady at the register seemed like she didn't know exactly what she was doing yet. Maybe new. I left the place fairly easily and bit into my burger and realized this is not my burger. I look at the receipt and sure enough I didn't get a double green chili. I got a Monterey Jack melt. But I am so very thankful because that was an amazing burger. The Monterey Jack melt. It may actually even be my new favorite so we had a fortunate accident today

    This location is usually slow, which is alright cuz im a patient person. I ordered for pickup thru the app, I waited until my "pick up time" and headed inside to inform them I was there. After 17 minutes and 4 other pick ups coming and going, I was now annoyed. So again I say something. The worker then goes to get my food which has apparently been done and was just sitting on the warmer. After getting home and sitting down to eat, my burger was completely wrong😒😡😭 so disappointed. I guess I have to drive 20 minutes to get whataburger next time inside of 5 minutes.

    A few hours from this post I will start my journey to Europe. Had my last whataburger from this place last week, been hitting it up since I moved here back in 2017 after leaving the military. Definitely going to miss this place. Always got my order right. I usually went during the late hours after work. They were a godsend during covid (can you believe that was 6 years ago now!?!?!). Thanks to all the workers there, the very few times something was wrong they just made me a new one and let me keep the old one. My man! Nervin

    We have had nothing but problems from this and I have given them plenty of chances. This last time which was last night, we walked in at around 8:45pm we stood waiting to be greeted or even acknowledged for almost 5 minutes, then our order was taken and I person didn't really seem to want to be there. After waiting for our food for a while the guy called us and even said our order back to us but the bag looked small so we checked and sure enough my whole meal was missing from the bag so we had to wait for someone to walk back by another 5 minutes pass and get my food. Then we get home and open the bbq chicken sandwich and find out they made it wrong. It was on a regular bun with no bbq sauce. We call and they don't care, we call corporate they don't care. So i am done. This location sucks and I won't give more chances.

    Me and my wife stopped into this location on 2/25/26 at 8:43 pm and ordered a 5 piece chicken bits w gravy and a Honey Bbq chicken sandwich on texas toast. Once the order was ready I looked at the bag and it looked small and found that indeed the 5 piece chicken bits and gravy were not in the bag but we caught that. My meal they gave me a medium fry not a large like I paid for and my sandwich was on a regular bun not the texas toast. I called the store to speak to the GM but not there was told they were on vacation so I called corporate and not much there either. I mind you meal alone is $16 and I just wanted it made correctly. Looks like now I will not be returning to Whataburger ever again which sucks cause I love Whataburger but I am not going to be mistreated or give business to a company who doesn't care about there customers anymore.
