During our visit, we witnessed a manager named Celia speaking very rudely and disrespectfully to a teenage employee named Jonathan. She repeatedly addressed him in a degrading manner and did so loudly in front of customers. The way she spoke to him made the environment uncomfortable and awkward for everyone present. We understand that managing a restaurant can be stressful, but publicly belittling an employee, especially a young one, is not appropriate and reflects poorly on the workplace atmosphere and the company as a whole. It was upsetting to watch and not the kind of experience we expect when visiting Wendy’s. We felt it was important to bring this to your attention and hope this situation can be addressed so employees are treated with respect. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, A concerned customer

Helen has a great attitude and made my visit ! The Restaurant is very clean and everything about this place including the seating, drink station and atmosphere is conducive to an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you Helen !
