This was an online order for dine-in. I never told the app to have them make the order because I was going to be a bit getting there. Now that I'm here the order is already made and everything is cold. Why would there be an option to have them start making it if they are going to do so immediately anyway?

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 tenders and some other things. The worker never said my order back and told me to pull forward. Because I ordered frosty's which were over flowing I didn't check the bag. Yes, of course the order was wrong. I was missing 2 of the tenders. I called and the manager was rude and kept repeating I only paid for one. She didn't try to make it right. I drove 5 miles home and would have to go all the way back. This is not good customer service. I work in this field. I know you apologize explain you will talk to your employees and compromise with the customer. This manager didn't even try she only argued. Another fast food place to avoid.
