They were out of chili , most sodas and no frosty.. charged for salt and ketchup.. they were the rudest people . I'll never come here again!!

I love the food from Wendy's. I always stop by there before I do my 12 hour shift at the hospital to get something to eat. Winter to drive through and the person in the drive through the man taking care of me, look at me told me the amount of my bill for the food and when he was supposed to turn around and say, thank you. And give me my receipt, he turned away from me, handing me my receipt through the window did not say anything to me didn't look at me, didn't smile poor customer service. I'm so disappointed because I go there very often I even bought one evening a $100 worth of food to take to my co-workers at the hospital so I really wish I would have got the young man's name.\n Because he's a terrible employee. Terrible customer service.\n I recommend the food. It is good but they need to do something about their customer service. Now, with their employees teach them how to smile, interact with the people that are Buying the food so they can have a job.But I will be still going to the Wendy's.On prince and campbell but if that young man is there, I will request another employee.Hopefully next time there will be better customer service

The worst most inappropriate and unprofessional customer service. The young lady who took my order in the drive thru had an unpleasant attitude, I thought maybe just a rough day and let it go. Pulled up to the window and she started cussing bc she spilled my drink then proceeded to tell her coworker “these people don’t stop coming, I need a break” and other negative comments all while the window was open and it made me and my kids feel extremely uncomfortable. I then got asked to pull to the side to wait for my order and waited a good while for a small kids meal. Made me never want to go to this location again.

I think this is the worst Wendy's I've ever had. We did drive through at about 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The order was three cheeseburgers and four frostys. Not only did they get the toppings on all of the hamburgers wrong (e.g., missed putting ketchup and mustard on a basic burger with no other toppings or gave a miniscule squirt of mustard on one) the meat was cold, the cheese unmelted, and the buns were clearly past their prime. Management needs to take a close look on what the heck is going on. I will never go back to this location. My very hungry kids didn't even finish the burgers because they were so gross.
