    I think this is the worst Wendy's I've ever had. We did drive through at about 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The order was three cheeseburgers and four frostys. Not only did they get the toppings on all of the hamburgers wrong (e.g., missed putting ketchup and mustard on a basic burger with no other toppings or gave a miniscule squirt of mustard on one) the meat was cold, the cheese unmelted, and the buns were clearly past their prime. Management needs to take a close look on what the heck is going on. I will never go back to this location. My very hungry kids didn't even finish the burgers because they were so gross.

    One of the night time drive thru guys with the beanie was quite challenged when trying to take my order and at the end, he was also, oh so petty lol I had to repeat my order multiple times for a sour cream and chive potato (it's on the menu that way) w/ NO chives. He was talking too fast, I couldn't understand him and even his co-worker was right there outside probably could hear me asking over and over for SPECIFICALLY, a SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE POTATO WITH "NO" CHIVES. He kept talking over me and assuming what I wanted to order. I pay at the window then he tells me to pull forward to wait for my order, which no one else was even there--no other car waiting in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. I waited way too long and when he comes out, he has my bag folded over nice and tight. I thank him and leave. I immediately wonder if I should trust my food 'cause I could see the attitude in his face. I get home and open the tightly folded bag to see NO SOUR CREAM after I ABC'D the order to him 😆 It ain't my fault that he was in such a hurry to go back outside with his friend by the drive thru. Oh so petty, it probably made his night lol

    I ordered Wendy’s on DoorDash. I ordered a pecan salad, 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets, a Carmel crunch frosty, and an Oreo frosty. When I received my order it did not contain a salad. Which I was charged for. The frosties were both chocolate frosties. So I asked DoorDash to reorder my items. When I messaged my DoorDash driver he said it was very slow and he was the only one in the lobby. He also stated they did not have any salad. I got credit for the first order being slow as well. When I received my second order. I got what I think was an Oreo frosty and another chocolate frosty. I will not be going to or ordering from this Wendy’s ever again! Service was terrible. I do not blame DoorDash for this at all. They helped me. But this fast food place is horrible.

    came to this Wendy’s one late night and ordered a Baconator Double Cheeseburger 🍔 — just the burger. Why did they bring me out a Dave’s Double with bacon? If you know, you know... that is NOT the same! 😑 Now, I usually don’t like to complain at fast food spots because Lord knows what they might do remaking your order after a long shift dealing with people all day. But when I asked for a refund, the manager said he couldn’t give my money back 😟. My anxiety went through the roof, but my stomach said, “take the risk” — so I trusted him to remake it right. And HE DID! 🙌🏾 He remade that BACONATOR 🥓🥓🥓🥓 perfectly, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I think they actually put some love in it this time 😄.
