I Ordered a chicken sandwich medium fry, medium drink asked for a side of mayo and some Ketchup.Pertty simple right. Drove back to work opened the bag 1 Ketchup for a medium fry and no mayo.

Thr lady at the drive throught was being very rudr. She said she was gon a get thr manager and then after she said that she said something after that. She came back and had an attitude and wasnt offering any possible soloution. I would not be going back there. She was very dissrespectful and difnt have a poaitive attitude

Customer service was great but, the food sucks. First time eating at Wendy's. I ordered The Double stack Biggie bag thru the drive thru. The fries had no salt, i returned the fries and asked for fries with salt and that order also had no salt. Fries were cold and food did not taste fresh. One of the nuggets were wet in the middle. I took a pic of it. Burgers are small.

I come here very often and today was very disappointing. I go to the drive-through today I paid for two large combos and I remembered I forgot to ask if they could add lettuce and tomato to my burger. The woman is on her headset and you can hear the manager. Tell her to tell me to pull up to the door since my fries weren’t done, but I was trying to explain to the woman that if I could add lettuce and tomato and that I’m willing to pay for it. She said yes and rushed me through to the door in the driveway and then gives me my food and only give me one fry when I paid for two so overall the customer service was not the best today. It was a little bit disappointing since I paid almost $30
