So disappointed in this place! I use to come here and OG all the time, different bartenders, sucky service and nasty food. I’d rather go somewhere else , I hope management sees all these bad reviews and realizes

We’re longtime patrons of both the downtown and 22nd Street locations, and we’ve always enjoyed our visits. Today we stopped by the downtown location and were disappointed to learn that the Toritos appetizer is no longer on the menu.
I’ve tried Toritos at other restaurants, but they never seem to compare to the ones The Neighborhood used to serve—they were truly some of the best. Please consider this a friendly request to bring Toritos back to the appetizer menu, if only to add a bit more variety.
At the moment, five of the seven appetizer options are French fry–based. Just some food for thought…pun intended.

Stay away from this place cockroaches crawling on the bar and in our food. Bartenders drinking in the bathroom & service is horrible because they are all drunk. Spend your time and money else where

If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked in at 7pm on a Friday and the place was empty. A group of three servers were seated speaking to the bartender in the back of the large bar. We wondered why it was empty. The server yelled to us ( above the very loud rap Music) that we could sit anywhere. No effort to get up, so
We grabbed a menu and self seated. No one got up to greet us and we sat for about 3 minutes and they kept laughing and chatting. We looked back at the server and a manager yelled "hey!" From behind a door, assuming to get their attention and prompt them to serve us. We got up and left the empt restaurant- they made no effort to say anything to us and made us feel very unwelcome. If they don't want to work or even greet patrons on a Friday night, it's their loss for not training their servers properly. Also Google gives its high rating, but said it wasn't busy- should've been a clue. Parking downtown is tricky and we got street parking that we didn't want to waste- so we went to Konica across the street and were served with great service and good food.
Avoid this place at all costs.
