  Had to pay 3 dollars to go to the bathroom. lol would not even let me use the bathroom before getting something to eat. This is the worst service I have ever seen! This is why I would NEVER eat at any Taco Bell EVER!!! Do better. Be a human. Sad customer services here!

  It is so ridiculous at this Taco Bell. I came in to order food, but I had to use the restroom due to medical conditions first they refused to let me into the restroom until after I had ordered food. I did not have time to order food luckily there was another customer there who had ordered food and gave me the code. Do not use this place. I ask you to boycott it until they change their policy and can use their own discretion whether that let somebody use it or not.

  I just went to the Taco Bell at Oracle and Ina. I placed a takeout order with an employee inside the restaurant. When my order was ready, it wasn’t prepared for a takeout. I told the woman I needed it to go. She had quite the attitude. She prepared it for me—I said thank you. I was greeted with silence. I said thank you again. More silence. I said thank you a third time and she gave me the death stare as she mouthed you’re welcome. Wow. Won’t be coming back. There are lots of options for food in this area. Rudeness is not okay. Straighten out your short chubby female employee who wears glasses, Taco Bell.

  December 5th 2025 7pm Waited 20mins in a four car line up(ordered off the app and gave them enough time so it would be ready) 15minutes later there were three girls in the front just standing there for like 5 minutes talking when I finally got to the window, and I got my food and it was cold... they gave me 2 free taco coupons that 100% doesnt make up for the time or the cold food they sold me. I'd be more considerate if there wasn't 3 girls standing in the front talking while my food got cold...

  Very good food, very customizable, good people, the place was kind of dirty but it didn't affect the food
