- SCSarah CleminsOct 28, 20251.0I went there yesterday night and I had the worst experience ever the wait time took over 10 minutes they got my food wrong I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on my chalupa and taco I got lettuce in my taco and tomatoes in my chalupa it was stale the manager was also rude and then when the window was open I heard him say n-er yeah to one of the other male employees the service people were nice the manager was rude and unprofessional I will not be coming back to the tacobell with people like that

Without hesitation, that Manager 9/24 at 3:50 pm said no problem they would remake it and I was able to get my food hot and fresh and in a timely matter. I called back to thank them and the manager related to me and had an amazing attitude. That manager and team deserves recognition for going above and beyond for a loyal Taco Bell customer!! Great job!
