  I'm not one to leave a review. I'm a regular there for years and have been pleased with their service. Recently I picked a different time than my usual time (Saturday at noon) to get a sub and the person who appeared to be the manager put practically no cheese. I'd say about 10-20% of the surface area of the footlong on one side. I told him to double what was there and he told the other person there double cheese. Only then did he put a proper amount of cheese. When I got to the cash register, the guy added a $2 charge for cheese FOR CHEESE!!! I understand for meat, but not for cheese. I can go to a store and shred cheese myself for one dollar. If you treat customers as a way to increase your profit margins, than you don't deserve my business. I'll still go back there, but at my regular time when I can expect 5 star service and no up charge for an adequate amount of cheese, but if the manager is around expect to be charged for the sake of his profit margins.

  This is really insane. The guy who works in the evening specially today October 30, 2025. I came with my son and ordered steak and cheese. Usually they put cheese on top of the steak and I ask him can you put cheese on top of the steak? He told me nope I will put cheese under the steak and which is I thought it’s weird and then he aggressively asked me. What else do I need this actually guys I think the mentally it’s not stable the way how he talk the way how he act it’s insane. And this is actually it’s not first time!!!

  Food is always good, staff is friendly. Sometimes a little slow but overall your average subway
