The other sandwich was the complete opposite, with missing requested condiments and completely dry!? We called management, as this was our second time experiencing this and the person answering denied to offer the name of her manager, so we went in person and the person on the phone had no alternative but to accept there was in fact a manager in store, after we threatened to speak to their general manager. She then accused us of threatening her although her staff said we didn't and she stated," nothings for free in this World." and that it was against policy. We paid good money and wanted what we ordered and respectfully requested that she remake our sandwiches but she only replaced one and was very snooty and unprofessional with her snide comments. Im not telling you how to do your job but somebody needs to be retrained, especially in a management position. We've ordered from other Subway locations so we know what quality customer service consists of and what is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 kids meals for my daughters, the sandwiches were made exactly as ordered, but they did not include the applesauce or drinks that come with their meals, so I called them to tell them the person answered unprofessionally and didn’t give her name, when I explained that I was missing items she didn’t even apologize just said can you come into the store today I said no I don’t have a way to get there she then said well then she can only offer me a voucher to be mailed to me they don’t do credits. Kind of rude and unprofessional so basically if I didn’t get the voucher sent to me I would be out of what I paid for subway corporation will be hearing from me how rude unprofessional their employees are and they are ripping me off of what I paid for. I’ve never had such bad service with subway before and the bread was kind of tough too
