- OFOliver FAug 2, 20251.0Subway worker was disrespectful when I walked in and asked whether breakfast was available, having a rude attitude when asked clarifying questions. I've never had Subway breakfast before and wanted to know what hours it was available and she was rude for no reason. She also said she was still doing prep work -- this was after 11 AM. You need to pay someone to be there working before open and be prepped by open, not turning customers away like we're interrupting when your business is open. This service was unacceptable and unfortunate as I've usually had positive experiences with this location but don't know if I'll be coming back.
- KSKayla ScholeySep 22, 20152.0Today (9/22/15 at around 10:30) I went to this location for lunch with a friend. As we were paying for one order , my friend needed to use cash and card. The young lady rolled her eyes and almost sighed under her breathe. After paying that out she turned around and started using her phone, we had forgotten an extra drink which I would pay for and as I asked she rolled her eyes and sighed once again. I think the manager here, needs to definetly work with employees on attitude. Sandwiches were great, but the customer service really made the experience not enjoyable.
