    My Partner and I order from this subway and the meat was very lacking and they forgot to put pepperoni on her sandwich. The service was fine because it was a pick up order; but this is the 2nd time we got lack luster food. I don’t know where the disconnect is, but I have been to many different subways around the city and this is by far/hands down the worse one I have been too. We will be switching our business to the dominos in the same Plaza or even pick up at the subway further down the road. The same two employees made the order both times, maybe that’s a coincidence, but also could be the root of the cause.

    I placed an online order and they made the sandwich wrong. They added ingredients I didn't order and they didn't include the Lays potato chips in the bag. Very bad. It seems they don't know how to read online order receipts.

    Accidentally placed a pick up order for this location when we meant to place for one closer to our house. Used a coupon through the app and everything. Tried calling this location to have them cancel the order so as not to waste food, money, and the discount. Was not able to get through because "this person has a voicemail box that has not been set up." Why have your phone number listed on Google if you aren't going to take the steps to ensure customers can contact you?? This location has been open for a while, too, so I'm sure I'm not the only customer to have this issue.
