    ordered a chicken protein pocket thru subway digital, and chicken was served cold. previously ordered from here and the bread was hard, so i decided to give the tortilla wrap a try an it was prepared cold.

    My online order came through the system wrong. When I informed the associate she said and I quote" Why didnt you tell me when I was making it? Now this will just go to waste" I explained that we wouldn't eat it that way and that she was being very rude. She got defensive. I had to walk away and asked my husband to take care of it. She did try to remake the sandwiches. Sadly Subway chat, online support forma, and phine number are not user friendly. Sadly as long as Subway allows terrible. Customer service I will not be returning to any store let alone this one.
