- LJLinda JonesDec 21, 20251.0My online order came through the system wrong. When I informed the associate she said and I quote" Why didnt you tell me when I was making it? Now this will just go to waste" I explained that we wouldn't eat it that way and that she was being very rude. She got defensive. I had to walk away and asked my husband to take care of it. She did try to remake the sandwiches. Sadly Subway chat, online support forma, and phine number are not user friendly. Sadly as long as Subway allows terrible. Customer service I will not be returning to any store let alone this one.

- SSSaltySlothSep 20, 20251.0Twice in a row I've placed orders on doordash around 11 I dont know if its the night crew there or lack of experience but both times my had 1 massive thing missing and changed the first one I ordered Italian herbs bread and my girlfriend got regular they put her toppings in Italian bread and mine in the regular and now I ordered absolute NO ONIONS and the whole sandwich is full of chopped tiny pieces so its hard to even get them out. Not ordering this late ever again whoever is on night shift I hope you are reading this DO BETTER
