- HTHayley ThomsenJun 24, 20221.0Drove thru about 8:45am on my way to airport. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on flatbread, nothing unusual. Got all checked in for my flight and can now enjoy my breakfast. 1) They cut thru the paper wrap when halving and didn’t re-wrap in clean paper so juice seeped thru 2 paper wrappers AND the exterior bag AND the standard 2 napkins effectively staining the top of my Coach purse where I laid it, not knowing it was leaking everywhere underneath. 2) The flatbread was BARELY baked, very doughy. I ate 1/2 for breakfast because I was starving, saving the other 1/2 for layover about 3 hours away. Approximately 3 hours later, attempted to eat other 1/2, flatbread was completely SOGGED, inedible. I’ve always saved 1/2 because I can’t eat a foot long in 1 sitting. This is the first time the flatbread was underdone making it inedible. It was NASTY!! I was so dissatisfied and disappointed because I LOVE subway sandwiches. I wish I took pics but I was so disgusted, just threw it in the trash. Get your act together Subway 25933! Simple details make a HUGE difference!!
