    I’d give half a star if I could. Ever time I’ve came to this place it’s the slowest in the world. Even is I’m the only vehicle here. I love sonic but damn this place ruins it. Been waiting 45 mins currently for 1 thing.

    SUPER slow service and no one gives a damn they had receipts and drinks lined up for over 9 ORDERS; bags of food waiting and NO sense of urgency or care!! I ordered ahead on mobile trying to make a quick pick up and 30min later I’m still sitting here waiting for my food that will probably be cold or dried out from sitting under that heat lamp I had to call to get my food and they said it will Come right out which it did meaning it was just sitting there and of course everything was COLD and then they sent a cook out and he just looking at me like I’m bothering him lol wild

    The most incompetent group of workers I have ever experienced. My food was waiting on the counter and was served to me cold as hell. Because they couldn’t figure out how much change to give me and instead of giving me my order while it was hot and ready the guy at the window took 2 other peoples orders while mine was again getting cold on the counter. I even waved at a worker to help me and they ignored me and kept talking to the guy at the register. They all seemed confused and razzled over giving me change back so I just asked for a refund then they got into a frenzy over finding the receipt, even tho my cash was in their hands. I just got off work and I felt like clocking back in just to make my order correct. Confusing and agitating experience makes me not want to return. No one was rude they were all nice just confusing and incompetent.

    Horrible place to dine in, always dirty, on top of that, it’s really bad for picking up online orders, especially the ones assigned to delivery drivers ((DoorDash, Uber, GrubHub etc.)) the stalls used to close at 10 which made logical sense, but whoever is working there now is deliberately closing the stalls down at like 7:30 because they are too lazy to bring orders out to a customer, on top of that, the way they handle criticism isn’t healthy and if you call them out for not doing their job properly, they will delay handing out the order in favor of people behind you and start walking out orders to them ((you heard that right, walking outside when the stalls are “closed”)) which hurts the customer who ordered, they might think they are “sabotaging” the driver, but in reality, they are deliberately making it so someone who spent their hard earned money ordering online, is now getting cold food. Some of these people need to be fired, or at the bare minimum, receive better training.
