    I placed an order online, when I got there to pick it up. I pushed the red button as instructed and the girls voice came on and said "Welcome to Sonic pull to Drive Thru" and then clicked off. I was shocked, so I hit the button again to speak to her that I was just picking up my food and again the same thing was said and clicked off. This happened 4 times. I then had to go in the long drive thru line and when I got to the mic I asked her why I had to do this and that I placed an online order and I was needing to pick it up. She said "well I am training people and we cannot take food out to people". I said "well you can at least explain that to people and not cut them off that was rude of you to do." I asked for the Manager and she said she was the Manger her name was Araceli. I was very upset with the way this "Manager" handled the situation. Very unprofessional and definitely NOT Manager worthy. I waited in line and retrieved my food, I called corporate as well. This is not ok. If she is training others, I hope she does better than what she actually does. Will never return to this location again. I will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from this location. I would rather travel to Grant or further in town, then head there again. Very proof Customer Service. Manager needs retraining ASAP.

    Worst place to get a burger you asked for mustard and mayo and they drenched it! The bread was soaked!! Never go back again

    It’s too bad this is the closest one to me. I asked for a sugar free cherry limeade with a little bit of sweet cream. The lady taking my order over the intercom was snarky and told me that the sweet cream is 100% sugar. I then explained to her that I Know it’s a bit contradictory but it’s still less sugar If I have the whole drink sugar. She laughed at me, and then the people in the background also laughed. I don’t know why You can’t just do your job without judging people for the way they order their food.

    Every time I come to this store, I pull into a stall, push the button and wait. The light goes out and I have to push the button again. Sometimes 3 times before someone answers. Last time, I was the only person in the bays. I ordered after 2 button pushes then a minute later someone comes on to tell me the bays are closed and to use the drive through. The speaker was so loud it scared me when she finally talked and I had to ask her to repeat. I left without ordering. Usually, after finally ordering, they are quick and friendly getting the food out. And I always love the blue coconut cream slushie. They have some of the best onion rings around.
