    Lady with tattoos on her neck (only way to describe her) was very condescending and rude. I placed an order at this sonic and checked in on the app. After waiting over 20 minutes and watching several people around me get their orders I went to another stall with a button to speak with someone. They told me they’d have my order out to me. They were very nice. The lady with neck tattoos approached me to tell me I need to call them, what’s funny and I didn’t even mention this to her is that I did call them and nobody answered. It’s also not a customers responsibility to know an app is broken and a call is needed to be made. This individual looked at me several times to know I had been waiting a considerable amount of time. I called the store again and this time they answered, I asked for ranch that I ordered that had been forgotten, no big deal. The neck tattoo lady brought me my ranch and I thanked her and she shook her head as she walked away.

    I went to go get a drink, instead I got a cup full of ice and my drink was over after 4 sips. Note to self and others ask for light ice!!

    No Stars. Adam supervisor Food extra small. My ultimate breakfast burrito was tiny,undercooked and dry. NOT ok called store got rude response and that's not how my burrito should look like. Have photo of small burrito. Sonic super small

    I’m really disappointed with the service at the Sonic on Golf Links and S Pantano Rd. I’ve given this location several chances, but the experience just keeps getting worse. One employee in particular — a girl with blonde hair — has been consistently unprofessional. I asked for a receipt and was told it was in the bag, yet it never was. When she went to confirm my order, she literally said, “your order was… actually, I don’t want to read it again,” which felt incredibly lazy and disrespectful. On top of that, my food has come out cold multiple times, and even simple requests like extra chocolate syrup in my blast are ignored — it always ends up being plain vanilla with no chocolate at all. I’m patient and understanding, but at this point it’s frustrating to keep paying for poor service and incorrect orders. This location really needs to improve its staff training and attention to customers.

    Every Sonic in Tucson has "run down" buildings. The credit card readers are always broken, they hire staff who does not know how to count cash change. But still have THE BEST nugget ice in town. Food is typical fast food style. My daily go to for my daily Diet Coke
