Overall great experience. Food was quick and service was great thanks to Alan, our cashier and server. Highly recommend!

When I got there they said “oh that coupon only works online” and I read the part on the coupon that said “show it to a cashier to redeem IN STORE” she said it was something wrong with their system so I had to place the order online. I sat down and tried to place an order online but the website said “this location is unavailable for online orders” I asked the cashier and she said “oh sorry ugh I’m so annoyed”. She went to talk to her manager and came back 5 minutes later. She then said “can you try the app? The manager said it works on the app”. Somewhat annoyed myself, I sat back down to try the app and it again wouldn’t let me add items to my cart.. I had been there a good 15-20 minutes at this point, I was hungry. I said forget it whatever, I placed my order in store without using the coupon spent $50. Honestly pretty ridiculous the manager couldn’t come out and comp ONE of the 3 burgers from my meal. He was there, just couldn’t get off his butt to help a customer. I’ve worked restaurants and fast food, I understand how it all works. Apparently they do not. Photoed is the coupon that they wouldn’t honor.

I love this place as a general statement, but it’s hard to speak highly when every time we have visited in the last 9 months there is always at least 2 items we want that are out of stock. Getting ready to remove this chain as a suggestion when we are deciding on where to go :(
