  Burger was bad, soaked in so much oil i had to stop eating it half way just take the time to drive to In- n-out up the street, you wont be upset.

  Food was great! Burgers are excellent! Service was fast and friendly! Highly recommend! Ashley the Cashier and server was amazing!

  The Broadway location: Friendly staff, clean restaurant, quick service and the staff provided the bathroom code and instructions without having to ask them. I like the rear parking and entrance. the restaurant has two dining areas. The food is good, I really liked the seasoned fries.

  On 12/31/2025 my wife and I choose to dine at this location. We placed our order with whom we came to find out was Jade then took a table too wait. While waiting my wife went to get our drinks. The dispenser didn't have any ice so she told one of the employee that the ice was out, his rather rude response to her was " hold on be patient will get to it " she returned to our table keep in mind the store was virtually empty perhaps 10 customers at most our ticket was order # 7. A family waiting behind us to order also sat down in a table directly in front of us. An order was completed and was being taken by Jade ( I thought ) to our table instead it was given to the table with the family in front of us. I watched as the lady at the table began to examine the order, after touching the order. she realized it wasn't theirs. She then told Jade who retrieved the order and after much deliberation decided that the order was ours. When Jade brought the order to us I told him we didn't want it after it had been handled by the other customer and to make us another order. Jade took the food without comment ( no, I'm sorry we will make you a fresh order, common sense would dictate a response ) but nothing from Jade. I watched as he returned the food to the serving area and then proceeded to the cash register where he spent considerable time in what appeared to be total confusion. He then returned to our table and said " I have returned your money" as he put the money on the table, "and now I'm asking that you leave the store. " We immediately got up and after gathering information, store #, corporate phone #etc we exited the store. We had done nothing to warrant being tossed from the store we didn't cause trouble of any sort, just a common sense request for a new order. At 74 and 70 years old this is a first for us, weird way to end the year. All the above has been given to corporate but as most of you know that doesn't mean much.

  The food was tasty. The portions were good. I was disappointed that I could not order and eat sweet potato with the rosemary and thyme seasoning, but contented myself with Brussels sprouts. The shakes were much smaller than they used to be. The price was much greater than expected before we entered. ($50+ for only two sandwich meals) We weren't able to get cups for water, and we're told that forks were for employees only. It seemed odd to rest Brussels sprouts with my fingers.
