- WHW HFeb 2, 20261.0Really sad experience. There was a clearly misleading ad. It allowed an individual to purchase an item on one occasion for up to 2 items. This was not clear but since I was polite and persistent after being told “no” by the cashier and customer service “Bri”. Colton Streeter allowed the discount to be used again. I declined as this was unfair and not acceptable in my opinion. If the discount is not valid this should still be the stance and not applied wantonly. It was a poorly worded ad that was deceptive in nature and in redemption. The shelf tag was equally vague. When we adjust the rules based on the customers economic status perceived or real and or professional level then the discount was not evenly or equitably distributed. This inequality creates a social rift that prevents the homogeneous distribution of service. If it is “no” then it is “no” for everyone. Firm, fair and consistent.
