I just bought 1 1/2 pounds of what was supposed to be moist brisket to take home for family lunch. The young lady cutting it sliced the thickest pieces I’ve ever seen. It reminds me of big chunks of ham and had a consistency of moist beef jerky. The bark could not be cut with the plastic forks provided at the condiment bar. Luckily I was home and had my steak knives to cut the pieces up. The bright side was that the sausage link was good. I travel to El Paso regularly and 100x prefer the location near Santa Teresa. I will not be visiting the Tucson location anytime soon..

The cheap lid and cups they use for the puddings came fell apart when we picked it up from the refrigerator (from the cup not the lid). She directed the cashier to charge us for the pudding. We spent $122, with 3 puddings included. The right thing to do is not to give out rude directives to your employees who want to do the right thing for customers, in front of customers. A $3.99 operating loss because of your cheap supplies won’t kill your business, but it will push customers and employees away. Get better packing and do better, Hanna.
