First, we called the local store and reported the incident. Then we wrote and contacted the corporate office. We promptly received a message back from the corporate office that said they were not affiliated with Rosati’s pizza in Tanque verde. We have been getting pizza in the Oro Valley location for years and just started getting pizza from the Tanque verde location. It is inconceivable to us how a burnt pizza could leave the restaurant. The woman that answered the phone at the Restaurant said maybe the chef left it in the oven too long. Why should I pay for his problem?
