- CGCarol G.Jan 4, 20261.0On 12/24/25 5:20pm I ordered a 14" pepperoni pizza and an order of canollie. I was told 20-25 minutes. I arrived at 5:47 paid and added a $5 tip. Pizza wasn't ready but told it would be right up. There were 3 other people waiting for their order. As people came and left I waited. One of the girls went back to check on my pizza, it will be right out. The 2 young ladies at the counter were clearly struggling. I was patient, it's Christmas Eve, they are busy. As the front section filled up and I kept listening to the girls still telling people on the phone, 20-25 minutes, I again asked about my pizza. They are very busy, it will be soon. I asked for a mgr and was told he's busy. I asked for mgr name, I was told Adam. Shortly after a guy came to the front and said something to the girl who had told me Adam. I hear her call him Adam, so I said Adam I need to talk to you. He came over, we started to speak, he's not the mgr. I ask the girl again now she tells me Luis. She goes to the back. Now she tells me they lost my ticket and are now making my pizza. I said get the mgr, a man comes out I give him a brief rundown, he tells me he will credit my card, he pretended to do something in the computer, never apologized, also never credited my card as he said he was doing. We are on day 12 and still waiting for my 36.52 to be credited. We have been faithful Rosatis customers since they were across the street from the U of A , if they would have credited me back we still would be, being lied to is worse than the entire terrible experience. It was 6:35pm when I finally had my pizza and could go home to enjoy Christmas Eve. Thanks for nothing Rosatis.

- KHKrissy HDec 11, 20251.0I ordered take out tonight and when I got home with my pizza it wasn't what I ordered pepperoni, sausage and gree bell pepper. Instead I got home with a jalapeno and cheese pizza. This is not the first time that I have had issues. Over cooked pizzas and wrong toppings. I suggest that you do checks on you pizzas. You are losing money having to remake pizzas.
- AMAmy MerchesDec 11, 20255.0Fun atmosphere, pizza is always spot on, and staff is great! We popped in today with a group of 10 a they were able to accommodate us right away (Thursday night.) Our server was Bonnie- she was SPECTACULAR! She dove right in with our group’s demeanor, almost like she already knew us. I love that in a server! We will most definitely be back.
