  Rollies is the quintessential Tucson Mexican eatery. We got the quesa birria tacos and rolled chicken tacos. The beef was perfectly seasoned and melted in our mouths. The rolled tacos were lightly fried to crispy goodness. All of this on a cozy patio with superior service delivered from the moment we placed our order until we took the last bite! We'll see y'all again, soon!

  This was not what we were looking for. Open dinning area. We didn't actually eat there, but Delishia next door gets 5 stars. As the owner states, we did not actually taste there food. So my opinion was just what was stated, when your from out of state going off of reviews its no fun to drive 15 minutes to find out the dining room is open to the outdoors. Being winter and night time, just not what we were looking for. I am NOT stating anything towards the food, or the establishment. Looked like everyone was having fun. I will take this down if you have something in your description about it being an outdoor bar atmosphere. I do not want to be a negative nellie, I just want people to be informed if they choose your location. Hopefully that seems fair.

  I enjoyed the decorations inside the restaurant. My pizzadilla birria was excellent,.and my friend did a fried egg.roll thing. . Horchata was tasty. I would definitely try to come back for a happy hour.

  Ordered to go from online, so can't really talk to the atmosphere. But the food was ready pretty much right when I arrived and the person at the counter was cheerful and eager to help, even though it was about 15 minutes away from the end of her shift. The food was amazing - we shared a quesabirria and chips and queso. We're just visiting Tucson for a few days, but we're already planning on going back 🙂

  Food was very very salty. I love birria and found this spot on our visit to Tucson. The birria tasted as if they mixed old birria with a new batch. They advertise tequila but didn't have any on our visit just margarita mix that was pre-made. There was a family there and seemed as if they knew the employees few came over to talk to them but they had kids that were running in n out of the restaurant very loud. Kind of distracting. There really is no table service you order your food as you get there sit down and they bring tou the food but thats it. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.
