My husband's Chicago Dog was packed with all the goodies he likes and my Italian Beef sandwich was superb! The order of fries was indeed large and plenty for the two of us. There is fun in the air also - decor is delightful, with good music too! The prices were very reasonable, and the personnel were friendly and helpful. What a great experience in this day and age. We will definitely return whenever we are in Tucson.

The person taking orders at the drive-through struggled to answer basic menu questions and got our order wrong. The person expediting orders at the window was licking his ungloved fingers to pick up bags while handling and bagging food. Disgusting habit, and probably caught on camera! Plus, he was unapologetic, and seemed put out by having to correct the order-taker's mistake. For the premium price point, you should do far better!

I also tried to chocolate cake because I have heard people rave about it but I was very disappointed to find that it has a horrible aftertaste. It tastes like plastic and chemicals. Not sure if it’s the ingredients or the box or comes in. I had a couple people try it and they also agreed there was an after taste.
