My problem is that it took nearly an hour to get my order I had placed using the app. And the reason was New Years Eve DELIVERY ORDERS that were taking precedence over orders placed by customers that decided to venture out in the rain and get their own food. I don't think thats a very good business strategy. You should give priority to customers that actually show up to your place of business as opposed to making them wait as they take care of DOORDASH or UBER EATS orders. That's my official position on that. Other then that, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. Again, the staff was apologetic and courteous and the food was well prepared, but the wait made for a negative experience.

Ive now been on the phone with India or wherever for over an hour because the only thing correct was the cinnamon sticks. The food was cold and one of the pizza clearly had a few pieces of pepperoni stolen off it. Only to find out that only the store can make corrections. Stayed on hold for the store for 30 minutes without any response. So looks like my only solution is to throw this cold pizza away and go to papa John's. I will be forced to make a face to face appearance to request a refund. FYI when India tells you to call their customer service hot line, all it tells you to do is contact the store creating a vicious cycle that will only make you more upset. Unfortunately, if I ever order Pizza Hut again, ill be forced to open every box to ensure the employees are giving me what I ordered

When it gets here I am missing the wings and the driver tried to debate with me saying I didn’t order them. After showing him my receipt he said I should call the store. After over an hour trying to get in touch with the store and no luck I gave up. Used to be a regular customer but not anymore. After $5.49 in delivery fees and a $5 tip for less than a mile drive I expect more from both Pizza Hut and Door Dash as partners.
