When I called the store I was on hold for over 10 minutes before someone finally answered and she offered to fix it by sending the correct items out with another driver. Perfect. Except an hour goes by and we have nothing. I call the store again and I’m hold for over 30 minutes just for someone at the store to pick up the phone and hang up without speaking to me. At this point I’m irritated and mad so I drive down there and ask for a refund for my missing item, the “stand-in” manager of the night told me she can’t do a refund and gives me a complaint voucher. When I asked for corporate’s number she says she doesn’t have it and tells me to call back tomorrow. Thanks so much Pizza Hut! Glad to know y’all are running such a great business 🙄
