Waited an hour before calling, they said that they never received the order and there was nothing they can do. They said we will hopefully receive a refund in a couple days but who knows. But they said we could go in and order in person. What an opportunity. Terrible service, don't get a delivery from here, choose a different location. Order Little Caesars or Domino's, it's probably cheaper.

Sometimes it’s just that the ETA goes wonky when it transfers over, but this time it wouldn’t transfer over at all. That usually wouldn’t result in a five star review, but the manager (Dakota, I think?) communicated well and handled it in a way that kept my loyalty. I’m not going to fault the store for IT issues when they make pizza this good and always go the extra mile to fix their mistakes. This store has a great team– give them proper technical support!
