- BGB G4 days ago1.0I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I placed a mobile order thinking it would save time, but it still took 30 minutes to get my food. Honestly, if I had just gone through the drive-thru, it probably would have been faster. When I finally got home and opened the bag, the sandwiches were basically thrown in there. They were smashed and falling apart inside the wrappers. It looked like zero care went into putting the order together — just tossed in a bag and handed out. On top of that, I ordered an iced coffee and an iced latte, and they tasted exactly the same. What’s the point of ordering two different drinks if they’re going to taste identical? It was honestly gross. Very frustrating experience, especially after trying to use the app to make things easier. Definitely not what I expected.

I think I’ve had one issue where they gave me the wrong thing, but it was an easy fix when I went back inside to tell them that it was wrong. I will drive the extra 5 to 10 minutes to go to this one.
