To be fair on the atmosphere rating, I'm a millennial who remembers when McDonald's was a fun, colorful place and not the corporate, concrete abomination that it has become.

On Saturday, November 15th before 10:30 am, we went to the 24/7 location at 22nd street & Kolb in Tucson to get a Big Mac sandwich, and we were told on the drive- thru speaker that we couldn’t get the Big Mac sandwich until about 10:30 am that morning, yet, on your website, it says that the above location serves food 24 hours a day & night, yet, we had to come back at 10:30 ( 30 minutes later ) for my daughter’s Big Mac sandwich. ( Not good advertising offer food, then not do it. ). I have known this location since it opened to live up to its reputation by getting whatever the food & drinks the customer-s want.

Came for breakfast on a Friday morning. Not to busy, but a typical breakfast rush. We got our order fairly quickly after paying, but half or order was wrong. As soon as I realized, I circled back and went in, with my receipt in hand with wrong breakfast sandwich in the bag. Manager quickly took receipt, and bag with sandwich back, and came back with the correct food, but forgot my receipt. Asked if I wanted it, and had to walk back for it again. No apology, just, "Have a nice day".
My warning would be: Check Your Order Before You Leave The Parking Lot.

Recently hit the drive thru. McDonald's has the best iced tea of any national chain. Strong, bold and flavorful.
I rarely ever eat at McDonald's. Historically McDonald's has perfected acting cluelessly lost in the quality and flavor arena, and sadly this most recent visit reminded me why I normally trust my better judgement and never eat here.
I received outstanding warm and personable service during my visit. I personally think McDonald's is extremely overpriced and under performing exposing a massive disconnect with the concept of value.
The tea was still outstanding and well worth the visit, but I won't waste money on "food" here again. The texture of the meat patty left me seriously questioning if it was really meat or a bizarre flavorless science project gone bad. The fries that I once considered the greatest contribution to mankind are now reduced to being mediocre at best, perhaps had the bag been filled I'd somehow feel different but apparently on the day of my visit, it was full priced half filled fry bag day.
Whenever I special order "NO PICKLES" and the screen indicates "NO PICKLES" and the wrapper has a tag taped to it that indicates "NO PICKLES", I'm left preplexed why the person who assembled my food by hand, the same person who tapped the "NO PICKLES" tag to the wrapper somehow still managed to include PICKLES on my burger? Totally preplaxing. The failure of McDonald's staff to follow basic simple instructions is always puzzling. A mile away from the store, I sadly discover that l didn't get my food, instead I received a grab bag of disappointment that kinda resembled what l ordered.
Apparently l had unrealistic expectations when I just wanted my meal as ordered. I wasn't expecting perfection, but your best effort would have been nice to see, unfortunately that's obviously not on the menu.
McDonalds clearly has no pride in what they do and no shame in what they are willing to accept.
