Went to the 2nd window, there were 2 people inside, the girl looked at me through the window. And about a min later held up her hand gesturing to wait. I waited a bit longer and left. Went without breakfast today, working at raytheon, there's not a lot of places to get my favorite egg mcmuffin. So rude, this is a 24hr mcdonalds, but not this morning I guess. I was so pissed! Horrible customer service! If the system was changing over like they do, just open the window and say something, don't ignore your customers! Ugh! Never again!

Her customer service abilities/ able to resolve issues is non existent. Whoever was working 10/26/25 is a terrible manager and should be fired. I had to leave the drive thru it was so ridiculous. I will also be calling corporate for this. I worked for Dias management for 6 years and this was overall the worst experience ever.

This is not only for the establishment. This review is primarily for the staff working at this location. They are doing an amazing job.
