I have a vehicle that I am proud of and work very hard to keep clean inside and out.
After getting dressed for Church this morning, I went to the drive thru at this McDonald’s. Ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and a caramel frappe.
At the pickup window I am handed the small bag and frappe. I proceed to put the bag on the passenger side floor board and the frappe in the cup holder between the seats.
Before I even got out of the drive thru, the bag has fallen over and the hash browns are out and on the floor. I reach over to pick the bag and hash browns up, put the hash browns back in the bag, roll the top up, and place it back on the floor board, only to realize that, when reaching for that bag, the armpit of my shirt dragged across the top of the frappe and proceeded to spread that annoying little bit of whip cream and caramel that they ALWAYS leave popping out of the top of the lid, all over my center console, armrest, and seat.
Imagine my complete frustration.
Now I have to clean my car, and change clothes before I can proceed with my day.
It would seem that there is some top secret fast food training center where they are all taught how to load a bag in such a way that there is no possible way for it to stand up. And, trained to never… never ever ever roll the bag up to prevent stuff from falling out of the bag.
Lastly, why overfill the cup with whip cream? What is the purpose? Do they believe that the extra $.005 worth of whip cream somehow sells more frappes? Has anyone had a better McDonalds experience because of that tiny little bit of extra whip cream?
Unfortunately customer service has gone completely out the window. I don’t think for 1 second that McDonalds cares about this review. That is pretty evident from the reviews here.Furthermore, I don’t think they care if I never go back. But if enough of us make a stand and stop frequenting these lousy locations and lousy establishments we might be able to at least make them look at these reviews and try to make some reasonable changes. For instance pack the bags in a way that they at least have half a chance of standing up. Roll the top of the bag so that stuff has a minimal chance of staying in the bag. And stop 🛑 STOP over filling the drinks and frappes.

Placed order in drive thru. Couldn't follow instructions for extra fries and bbq sauce for the kids meal. Also ordered a spicy chicken wrap which was plain and chicken under cooked. Fries were Luke warm at best. Manager wanted nothing to do to correct the issue. No sense of urgency to completing orders..

Always mess up my order and of course most the time I’ve already drove away, I’m allergic to pickles so I put NO pickles and they put xtra pickles on my burger that was awesome ask for barbecue and they gave me sweet-and-sour forgot My Son‘s french fries definitely always go through your bag before you drive away from this McDonald’s

For the money its not even worth your time. I ordered the simplest of items, plain cheeseburgers. And that didn't even get made right, they gave me two, with everything on them. Not what I ordered. Milk shake taste like straight flavoring too. Nothing here is worth the price let alone when it isn't made correctly.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers for dining in. I got them after a few minutes. However, the state that they were in was atrocious. There was mustard spread all over the burger and inside of the wrapper, which ended up on my hand and a bit on my clothes. On top of that, the patties were clearly left in a warmer as they were just not fresh. I know that McDonald’s is not synonymous with high quality, but I do know certain stores will make quality McDonald’s cheeseburgers. And unfortunately, it seems that this store and/or the people working the shift I visited are not up to the task of doing so. I recommend the one on Broadway and Houghton for a better experience.
