  Best service I've had at any drive thru. They asked me to pull around to wait for my food due to a mix up on the line. A gentleman brought it to us promptly and threw in an apple pie free of charge for the wait. When I mentioned i was missing my Dr pepper, he went and brought it to us, with another pie! He didn't want us fighting over the 1 pie he originally gave us🤭. You guys are great. We normally avoid the Cortaro area because it's so dang busy, especially during the holidays, but I will never forget this awesomeness! Thank you!

  You know I just do not understand why McDonald's on the North side cannot install Spanish printouts in the kitchen! Every time I go to the Linda Vista/Thornydale location or come here to the Cortaro location (once in awhile) my order is Never correct!! When Hiring you should make sure that people can read and understand English that is excuse they give me Every single time my order is incorrect. I'm usually customizing my food because I like Mayo, I do not like mustard and pickles & when there's a good deal on the cheeseburgers I order w Out cheese. I guess I can't have it My way at McDonald's. 😡

  We went at 11:30 to this location that is supposed to be 24/7 and they told us they were closed at midnight and couldn't take our order

  This was never a good McD location and the latest visit was very poor. I recently ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese as meals, 2 cheeseburger, a filet o fiah and 6 piece nuggets. I ordered via the app and, like every time before, the food was not ready and an additional wait time in their pickup section was needed. The order was then delivered to the car in the typical paper bag. When I got home to eat I realized the nuggets were missing, that was disappointing. The cheeseburgers were noticably small, like much smaller than I remember them and also they were smushed, as in crushed. Also the quarter pounder seemed smaller and the nuggets were missing. So regarding value for money this visits was terrible.

  If you're trying to order at the counter and pay cash you'll be waiting a long time. The also have the kiosks set up to not take orders unless you pay right there. There's other options in close proximity that have better customer service.
