I called four times this morning. This location does not answer their phones. It goes straight to voicemail. I ordered four sausage McMuffins one with no cheese add egg and they didn’t put no egg. I called multiple times cause you guys charged over two dollars for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and I got a sausage McMuffin with no cheese you guys need to do your jobs correctly. You guys have a screen monitor that tells you what goes into the food and what does not go into the food. It is a serious problem when it’s multiple customers and it’s repetitive at this location management does need to reach out and management does need to do better at this location because the location and the employees are a reference on the quality of management

Chicken on the new buffalo sandwich was over cooked. The bacon on it, under cooked. Even the buns on it were burned black on the inside. Trying to take a bite out of it was awful. The fries couldn't save it because they were cold. After waiting 10 minutes..

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your location Grant/1st ave . My experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard of professionalism and hospitality that McDonald’s is known for.
During my visit, both the management and crew members demonstrated an alarming lack of customer service skills. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and when mistakes were made with my order, there was no accountability or effort to correct the issue appropriately. What was most concerning was the refusal of employees to identify themselves when asked—particularly after the situation escalated due to their mishandling. It seems that names are freely given when asking for positive reviews, but when the service fails, no one is willing to take responsibility.
This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the brand and contributes to the subpar reputation reflected in your current rating of 3.4 stars. It is disappointing to see a lack of ownership and leadership at a location representing such a globally recognized company.
As someone who has worked in the food service industry for over 15 years, currently serving as a District Manager overseeing seven local restaurants in Tucson, I understand that mistakes happen. However, I also know that how a team responds to those mistakes defines the guest experience and demonstrates true professionalism. Unfortunately, this team failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer care and accountability.
I strongly urge district or franchise management to review this matter closely, provide additional customer service and leadership training for the staff, and ensure that the culture within this store aligns with McDonald’s brand values.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered our food when we got to the window to get our food we received our food we were given two ketchup packets for two large fries mind u ketchup is free so we asked for more he tried to tell us he is gonna have to charge us I said isn't ketchup free he then gave us one packet of ketchup . Like really ? And on top of it it was a manager who is heavy set and Hispanic he was very rude and then our iced coffee was a quarter empty we asked him to fill it he blamed it on the machine saying oh it's the machine that makes it. I know from experience that iced coffees are made by hand so I just wouldn't recommend coming here he was very rude and acted like he didn't want to help . Very unprofessional.
