  I come here to grant rd daily for my daughter for breakfast and they are so rude give attitude when you ask for pace picante at 2nd window they get mad if you forget to ask when ordering I mean really y to get that angry you should look for another job and then to think your wearing a manager shirt

  Be wary when going through the drive through, there is one incredibly rude middle aged man named Roman who will assume that you want to round up the total to your order. This is attempted theft by Roman on behalf of McDonald's, I've encountered him at the window multiple times and he is condescending and argumentative.

  My breakfast was cold. Like cold cold, no bueno and when I gave to them so they can warm it up they laughed at me!!!! I almost caught a case how ever I said not worth it💯

  I usually have great experiences at this McDonald's, but today felt off. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and asked for extra sugar, the back cash employee replied with "the caramel is already sweet, you still want more sugar" my reply was "yes" because to me it's not sweet enough. Anywho I proceed to pay her and she's looking at me funny as if I did something wrong but it's whatever she's a young little girl so I pay no mind and move to the next window. The older woman hands me my coffee but instead of saying heres your coffee she just hands it to me and says "sugar" I had no idea asking for sugar would offend the workers and have them Treating me weird! I than called my daughter who works at McDonald's right after to ask her if it's a thing to try to speak on someone's order and what extras they want. She said "NO why would they question you ordering something you like ,like that" she knows better than to do that. Anyway bad experience with morning crew. Evening crew is always so nice and polite! Morning crew, do better!!!!

  Today was one of my worst experiences so far today at 5:30am the door was locked i asked if they're machines were running and a short hispanic lady mumbled idk what she said . Then the shorter Hispanic lady had went behind the counter and started shadow boxing wich I thought was un professional. I had order my coffee etc the wrong number was called and I had asked if it was my stuff the girls name was Mariah and she stood their and completely ignored me keep in mind the entire time I was in their it was a freaking mess it literally took an older woman josey to come to the front to get some good customer service and get everything clean idk wht was with everyone else but dam they were completely rude .except one worker .
