    Very long wait times. 30 minutes to get breakfast is not fast food. No where to get out once you order because of the barriers so you’re stuck. This location needs to change staff or hire more because its the same wait any time of the day.

    I am very disappointed in this location. It used to be an awesome location, food was fresh, and didn't have to pull over to check if my food order was complete. Nowadays it's been more than a handful of times where I am missing a food item. I've called the place and let them know of their mistake ,only for hem to hang up or keep saying "what".

    These managers need proper training so they can teach employees how to ring orders correctly. I live across the street, so —I’ve been coming here for over 12 years. This is the 1st time I've this issue with WATER. I don’t mind spending money on food, but I do mind being overcharged due to employee ignorance. My order was $33. Again, the total isn’t the issue. The issue is being charged $1.50 for ice water simply because an employee didn’t know how to find the correct button. That’s unacceptable. When I spoke to the “manager” (if she actually was one), I was told they have to ring in an iced tea special request to charge for water—which makes no sense. For years, water has been rung up correctly at $0.30, and suddenly that’s no longer possible? Employees need to be educated on the POS system and pricing. Customers should not be overcharged because staff doesn’t know how to ring items in correctly. This situation was ridiculous and completely avoidable.

    If I could rate the place a zero star I would I ordered perusal got to the windo to get my food and my full order was not there I sat and waited for them for come back to the windo and when she came back I said my order is not fully in there she turned to manger and told her that all the food is not in there then proceeded to say I took half the food out “that’s not all that was in there “ prior to that the old manger said there was rats and place was unsanitary the manger Molly needs to get fired asap she gave attitude when i asked her for name

    I rate drive through as follows: 1. No menu for breakfast on the right drive thru and the person taking my order asked what would I like? I told her there's no menu and she said you'll have to back up and use the other lane because she didn't know how to reset the screen. Okay, no problem! Now, I'm not looking for the most cheeriest person in the world in the morning at a drive thru but that was just a little less than my expectation for a greating from the establishment. Something as small as a "good morning" to start off would have been great and I'm not even hung up on that so much as I am the way I was directed to go to the next drive thru over like it was a bother. 2. Second person (not the same as the first) very personable and cheery, pleasant, and happy with their communication better score is given for her alone! 3. Food price "SUCKS"! I understand about making a buck but seriously McD's really? Over $14.00 almost $15 for a McGriddle, 1 flat greasy potato hashbrown (was hoping those things would get better but I guess that will never happen", and a small OJ. Not worth the money, time, energy, or gas to stop at that or any McD's restuarant mostly not because of personnel (not everyone is a morning person, so I get that) but food quality and portion for the price sucks like I previously stated. A tiny bag and cup of OJ $15.00. You work hard and bust your hump, go where you can get a decent breakfast for your money and it's not lack luster and they're not just taking all your money out of your pocket for what little they can give you! We're not still making up for some illness that's yesterday's news (not down playing the illness itself) McD's! 4. All I can add is, "McD's still hasn't gotten better" though I was hoping they had but I guess those days are gone! Get it together or be another statistic is about all I can say at this point!
