When I went back up to inform them no bacon on my burger, which was requested the associate team member just grabed some bacon and put it on a to go plate. No apology and no offer to actually properly correct the order. I found the dituation callussed and sloppy customer service at best. They were more concerned about gossip than customer service. It also was not very busy. So really no reason for the behavior or failure to properly make the order.
