I’m done with the McDonald’s on Campbell & Fort Lowell. Every time I go in there, it’s the same basura service, and nobody seems to care — especially the management. I don’t know what the manager is doing, but it’s definitely not managing.
Last time I went, I was standing at the pickup counter for like five minutes straight. Five. Minutes. Nobody looked at me, nobody said “hold up,” nothing. So I asked this guy, Carlos Torres — he had the McDonald’s visor on, holding some half-finished drink — if he worked there. He gives me attitude and says he’s “on break” and basically shrugs me off instead of getting someone who isn’t on break.
Like bro… if you can’t help me, fine, but at least point me to someone who can. The attitude was unnecessary, and honestly the whole place feels messy because nobody acts like they want to be there.
The ONLY person who actually does her job with respect is the young girl in the drive-thru with the cute acrylics. She deserves a raise. Everyone else? Acting bothered just because a customer needs something.
I’m not going back. I don’t trust that place anymore, and I’m tired of walking into a McDonald’s and feeling like I’m the problem just for asking for the food I already paid for. Do better.

The consistently best location in midtown! We’re here about once a month and they’ve never gotten an order wrong and are always nice. Tonight we got a bunch of value meals and they got every special request our kids asked for correct and the food was crazy hot and fresh! They never even forget the napkins or sauce. Thanks for making it feel worth it to occasionally eat out and feel like we’re actually getting a treat. Ya’ll are fabulous!

On October 16 I went to go get a ice cream cone and a cookie it cost in total 4 33 cents and I gave this black guy 6$ and I look on the paper and it said I gave him 5 dollars i still want my 1.67 cents back I hate it there do not go EVER THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY TRUST I HATE IT SO MUCH
