    I came in on a bad night and they were swamped with a short staffed night. When I came back a few days later, Mario recognized me and ,unprompted, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service.

    Why do all McDonald's take so long to serve their customers? I posted on a different location however the serviceis the same on all of them, I'm waiting for 2 apple pies, and it has taken more than 10 mins to get them, I know you can pay better to these young workers to help them improve in their job!! Update they told me 5 more mins after waiting for 10, for 2 apple pies, and no customers on the drive thru nor inside the store, you can keep my pies l, I'm not a customer anymore. Update. Nothing has changed, me and another customer are waiting to get our food, no attention from staff, no help, nothing, there's no point on clicking on your link to provide info, just dress as a casual customer and visit a McDonald's and see and experience for yourselves.

    I don’t know her name, but I come to this McDonald very often and the game girl is also super nice while taking drive through orders! She always upbeat and happy while talking with customers.
