Meal was incorrect and manager told us we needed to drive back around through the drive thru for it to be corrected. When we told her that we had already paid, then she decided to ask for exact change ($0.60) to correct the hamburger to a cheeseburger and instead of providing a fresh sandwich for my kids happy meal, she provided a cold sandwich with a slice of cold hard cheese. She needs to receive some additional training on her customer service skills.

I didn't get any food because of the way I was treated while in line. I was in line behind one other person. We were the only 2 in line. The manager saw us in line and didn't acknowledge either of us , she took out her phone in front of us dialed and then turned around and went the the side and started talking on the phone. Another person from the back an employee changing the deep fryer grease said "there are people up front". Finally after 7 more minutes another employee came from the back and asked the person in front of me what she needed and then asked her to sit down. No acknowledgement of me still.
After about 5 more minutes of being ignored he finally asked what I needed and I just wanted to use the restroom and he buzzed me in.
Just a tip, acknowledgement goes a long way.

Being at the heart of Tucson, this McDonalds gets swamped with non-stop drive-through traffic during lunchtime. Tisha and Josie are rock star McDonald's employees and deserve a raise!! I just wish McDonalds would offer some healthier options. I go once a week for the $2 breakfast sandwich on the app!

Lot of homeless. Could be cleaner. Its mcdonalds. They only got 4 stars because a few years ago I got into a head on collision right at that intersection and they gave me a free soda when my adrenaline wore off and I had the shakes pretty bad.

Yes they remodel. They want more stuff on machine. One of your employees. There drama listing to my conversation. Why they care about I'm ordering iced coffee ☕? Talking about what I can afford. Drama talking about people. Food is garbage and fatty over priced. Used app just to save money. Making fun of people. See how many homeless people sleeping there. Crappy McDonald's service.
