I didn’t get the gal’s name (i wish i did) but whoever the employee was on January 9th at 8:15pm working the second window was AMAZING!! 10/10 customer service. (she had beautiful purple hair) ;)

Although this area of town is rough and this mcds is in the middle of it. The young man at the window made all the difference this morning his name is Jacob. He didn't get upset when I asked him for extra items even tho there was a huge line. He was courteous prompt and professional! Cheers to Jacob who made my day brighter ☀️

There were 4 of us waiting for door dash or Uber eats more than 15 minutes and the ladies were super slow and not considerate enough to hurry it along, our deliveries are also tip based so that hits us in our pocket!! Manager was rude and tried to blame the customers because it was new years and everyone wanted McDonald's!!!how is that our fault as delivery drivers?? Overall they failed to serve or give us our deliveries promptly!!! I will avoid deliveries from this McDonald's at all cost, the McDonald's in question is the one at corner of speedway and alvernon Tucson AZ 720 pm 1/1/2026

They try to charge me a dollar fifty per shot of its espresso.In addition to my drink, they charged me a dollar extra for breakfast sauce for my weekly two dollar sandwich and an addition customer services very poor just like most customer service positions here in tucson, employees treat this as if giving additional pickles on your order.The middle finger and we'll charge you for adding pickles.Unlike any other mcdonald's, i've ever been to. Honestly, you guys.Why do you treat this position like its cell's position?When you get your repaid only hourly and if you don't like your job, don't work it.If you do work it, you have the duty to provide excellent customer service.The customer is right first
