  The Best is now Thee Worst McDs in Town! 35yrs in this neighborhood and you've Finally managed to Hire the Worst staff from front to back! All front employees are disrespectful, unprofessional and maybe untrained?? Lots of yelling by the prissy man up front arguing w what seemed to be a manager who seemed upset (Not in uniform) Who kept trying to get him to follow instructions. Waited 10mins (recording) to finally ask where my coffee was while someone in back insisted he already made my coffee (never came out the front) when there was specific order for LG Van (3 pumps) No I've No cream 3creamer on the side (handed 6) left 3 on the counter but nothing like McDs Coffee but watered down espresso maybe? (8pm) What a nightmare. Wasted my points (although I had over 9,000 pnts) so Yes I KNOW what McDs Coffee AND service is supported to taste/be like. I'll keep going to other Locations, I'm tried of trying w this one. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Ps, lobby Full of homeless and the guy in shirts was a Doordash driver waiting awhile (they gave him a soda for his long wait)

  I live right down the street from this McDonald's and in 8 yrs they can't seem to get their act together. The workers and managers are rude and confrontational. Very unprofessional. I will never go back there or any other McDonald's ever again. Bad food, bad service. I'll take my business to jack in the box. Never had any issues going to jack in the box.

  I wanted something hot and satisfying for breakfast so I drove through McDonald's and ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese. I don't eat sausage or bacon because I am vegetarian. I explained this and the person who took my order expressed understanding. Then, I get to the window, I get my order, I drive away, I look at what I received and it's just a biscuit with cheese and no egg. I parked the car, got out, I tripped over the sidewalk and fell flat on my face but I managed to save the sandwich from hitting the ground. After a full body scan and slight recovery from the shock of the fall, I requested they add egg to my sandwich and they did. I walked away satisfied and bleeding. Grateful that I got what I needed even though I had to fight for it.
