I WAITED 25 MIN AT THE COUNTER FOR MY ORDER. ITS SAD BECAUSE THIS IS THE CLOSEST MCDONALD'S BUT THEIR SERVICE JUST REALLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

They can't keep up with drive thru orders, have room for 3 cars to wait and have people sitting for 20 minutes waiting for their food while others can't even get in to place an order. Hey Corporate they need more staff at this location.. desperately! Update.. the food was wrong when it finally came. The manager was very nice about replacing everything and refunding the cost but by that point I was late for work and not in the mood to be anything but fed up and probably rude. Sorry Ms Manager, that's not usually me.
