This location needs to seriously retrain their employees taking drive through orders. They are so slow and make you repeat everything.. Waited in the second line of the drive through and it took 15 min to take an order. Unbelievable. Took off and went to a different McDonalds location.

At around 10:09am me and my friend went through the drive thru, with 4 cars ahead of us. I have worked at an overnight McDonald's before and she is a GM at another fast food chain. We ordered a big breakfast, an order of hot cakes, a frappe, and OJ, and 2 hash browns. Sounds like a big order but really was about 30 bucks for 2 people and none of those items take any longer than 3 minutes to make, and this is talking from experience. We get parked along with the 2 cars ahead of us after receiving our drink. We find parking, but we start to notice 10 minutes have gone by at this time and 3 new vars have pulled in after those ahead of us received theirs. By the time 1040 hits the cars after us all got their food and we are still waiting. We move from our parked spot as I am ready to go in until the front runner comes with our food and apologizes for the wait. I check the bag if we have everything and its fresh( as we weren't waiting this whole time for cold food), and come to find our hash browns are missing. I take the receipt and go to the south entrance, to find the doors were locked, so i walk around to the east entrance. I go inside and immediately the front runner is helping someone at the counter, as she should, but I see a manager in a polo shirt with her back to the from leaning on a counter on her phone. I calmy stated "excuse me, we are missing our hash browns". The manager who has black hair, seems to be about 5/6 and Hispanic, turns and says she puts them in herself, to which i told her they were not in there. She counters its on the side and i told her i check every container and every pouch with sauces and utensils but there were no hash browns. She said she knows its in there and i told here idk what to tell you but they were not in there(which tells me she didn't double check the orders properly and put it in the wrong bag. I used to work every position including bag front and window, i would know). She gets ready to counter again before she scoffs and says just give it to them but realizes she has none and tells me it'll be a 3 minutes for fresh ones. I say i'll let her know (the person I am with) and go outside. I get to the car and immediately go through the bag again to ensure I wasn't an asshole and just didn't see it. It's not there, so i ask where my phone is, to which my friend grabs the bag and goes in herself. From her account, she tosses the bag with receipt along with. The frontrunner looks around in the bag and sees there isn't any hash browns. The manager who was still on her phone back turned then walks up to her to check the bag, in which she informed her someone just checked. She was then met with the response "We are no longer serving breakfast". At this point the situation is ridiculous so she asks who is the manager. She hesitates, and another comes up and apologizes and gets on the order for us. My friend waned to note that at this time (2/28/2026 at around 1045am) the worker in the white shirt who was at window was sweet and mouthed i'm sorry and the manager in pink was the one who helped fix the situation, and also gave us a Sweet Tea for the wait. By the time all said and done the hash browns were fresh but the rest of the food had already started getting cold.

Was the only person ordering in the drive-thru and asked what was on one of the burgers and what came with the meal, didn't give me an answer to either question, they decided not to give me a drink for my food and my receipt didn’t show that they removed it so I was charged for something I wasn't allowed to order.
