  Every time I come through the drive-thru, I end up waiting over five minutes even when there are no cars ahead of me. If the staff isn’t busy taking orders, I don’t understand why customers are left waiting. I mentioned it to the younger girl at the window, and she just laughed it off, which felt unprofessional. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the older Black lady working today was fast and clearly picking up her coworkers slack. You need more employees like her. It’s a shame the rest of the crew doesn’t match her work ethic.

  Spoke with a manager yesterday about missing tickets on drinks, was told to come in to get them but it was late we asked if tomorrow was OK she said yes. We went the next morning,placed an app order too. Their systems were "down" but we told them in the ordering lane we placed mobile order and about the monopoly and she told us to just go to first window because the manager was there. We pull up she starts with "we're not taking any orders" in a nasty tone. (Josephina). She was at first window at 7:10AM yesterday. We explained to her the situation and she just says in nasty tone again.. basically arguing that they ran out. We weren't even rude they're stickers after all, however it was the fact that they told us to drive there and get them, wasting our time and then this unhinged "manager" starts trying to argue instead of appologizing for wasting out time that they don't have any. Adisteo was very understanding and nice tho. Glad he's the real store manager.

  Hoy en la tarde fui a comprar una happy meal y pregunte si hablaban español y una señora negrita me hizo un genio y no me contesto y vino otro muchacho le dije que numeros de monitos tenían y la señora negrita gritaba que no tenían números los monitos y el muchacho me dijo los números que tenían y le pedí la happy meal, duro más de media hora para dármela y cuando me la dieron no era el número que le había pedido y fui y le dije y me contesto gritando la señora negrita que no había el número que les había pedido y el muchacho que me atendió ya me había dicho que si había el número que le pedí, pero solo por hablar español la señora negrita me atendió bien y me grito bien racista la señora...
