I'm giving one star simply because McDonald's now makes you order thru a kiosk. 6 people back behind the counter. Still had to ask 3x to get my drink cup.

This is the least busy McDs on the east side and somehow messes up the most. I ordered a chicken sandwich on the app, picked up my stuff, got home and pulled out a snack wrap. No option in the app for missing/wrong items, and I'm not driving all the way back. Just out $4 ig. Just go to the golf links and harrison one, they get orders correct.

First they shrunk all the sandwiches. And now they're selling them to us for more than triple the price. McDonald's has forgotten what made them great. Beef is so thin now. And just look how dry it looks in the picture. No juice in the meat left. Sad to say this was probably my last McDonald's meal. This double cheeseburger is worth $1.50 at most. Remember when they had dollar salads? Yeah that was the last time McDonald's used to stand for something. The only thing McDonald's represents now is corporate greed.
And please spare the automatic generic response from the "OWNER".

Rude service from drive thru lady. I tried to be understanding from the beginning even said sorry for when she proceeded to explain with anger what discount we can and can’t use and then she proceeded to tell us we should be able to just see what applies on the menu. This location always has problems. Will be going to further location from now on.
