  Manager Amanda needs a new gig because she has no customers service etiquette, went in there to try and order at the counter the old fashion way and “you can’t do that “ so I try to order at the kiosk in then tells me it’ll print a receipt and to pay at the counter so you have to double back anyways seems like a lot of effort to try and get two cheeseburgers and a small fry for me and my daughter , I wouldn’t ever come back to this McDonald’s, the other manager was nice and tried to make up for it but this day and she one bad taste in your mouth is all it takes

  Stopped by last night at around 10pm after getting off the freeway. I order a $6 McDouble meal. There wasn’t anyone in line in front of me. I was told to pull forward because they were making my food still. On my way home I reach into the bag for some fries and they’re cold. I was upset because of the fact I was told they needed more time to make my food, and I get them cold. So I called back and I spoke to the person who made my order apparently. I had said very calmly what it’s upset about, the lady became defensive and stated she been dropping fresh fries all night.. I responded and asked if she thought would callback just to lie? I didn’t ask for a refund or a new order I just wanted to know her name. She refused to give it.. and hung up the phone. I had called back and she took the phone off the hook. I was so upset by this I waited until today to call back and ask the manger on shift if she could help my identify her. She did. Her name is Amanda and she worked the night shift last night at the Houghton location. This is probably the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had ordering food. To the point where I waited the next day just to identify this person. It’s really sad how the fast food industry charges a surplus now and the service doesn’t match the cost.That was enough to make me not want to go to any McDonald’s locations ever again. I eat very healthy so it doesn’t really bother me that much. It’s also why this situation is soo frustrating. I stopped there after i had gotten off a loooong drive on the freeway, I thought it would be very convenient but it ended up ruining my night. Also put an awful taste in my mouth. Do better

  Thanks for the burnt burger and the “extra lettuce” I paid for. Oh and the pound of mayo. Ewwww the in the trash it goes. Forgot to mention I pulled around and waited for about 8 minutes. I’m hungry and want fresh food man. It’s not 69c cheeseburgers anymore.

  I'm giving one star simply because McDonald's now makes you order thru a kiosk. 6 people back behind the counter. Still had to ask 3x to get my drink cup.
