- ALanissa lebon1 day ago1.0i had a horrible experience with the drive thru manager he was a large man with a pony tale not sure his name. I was informed that there ice cream machine was down- I live down the street and i’ve gone at different times and days and it’s ALWAYS “down” I asked to speak to a manager and this guy comes out and said “that’s actually not a true statement at all and that it’s always working and that the left side is broken” he proceeded to slam the window and yell have a great day. ew this is definitely “i’m a loser and my job at mcdonald’s stresses me out too much” but every time i come i have this issue. I will escalate as much as I can just due to the rude employees. The ice cream machine isn’t down it’s just lazy people that don’t want to clean it lmao

They’re trying to lie to me and said it was Molly and then someone else said it was sad and it turned out. Her name is actually destiny so beware for the morning crew. They are brutal mean and said horrible things to me.
