McDonald's i give a 2 in food because you price for a large fries is $4.99. You can get a 10 lb bag of potatoes for less. And as always way way too much ketchup and mustard. I'm not even complaining on the price of a quarter pound burger. But seriously $5 for French fries and the cup is rarely full. Ultimate saddnes

I preorder every time usually 10 minutes before and have continuously been pulled to wait for my food. It's always a 15 minute wait or more and somehow forget to give me my drinks every time. I always get a mcdouble which I know you guys are supposed to have ready to go unlike a quarter pounder. I'm not pulling forward anymore and if it's a problem you won't see my business again. I started coming here due to another location failing... and for the past year+ you guys were great, now it's nothing but problems. Idk how you guys hire people this slow. If they were my employees I'd take corrective action and get people who actually can work or at least think for themselves. Completely unprofessional location.

last evening I went to the McDonald's on River Road went to the drive-through with a friend who is a single mom trying to beat her two kids trying to order the value mills that you get the food at a cheaper rate, but the drive-through person had no clue what I was referring to so she went ahead and ordered off the regular menu went up to the drive-through. I was asked to pull forward which is never a good sign, but I said OK. Hopefully it's not too long. Oh no your order is ready to go. We just need to put the chicken wrap after it is done in the back perfect pull forward.
set there 15 minutes I knew that was gonna happen so I went into the lobby. There was a line of people at the counter and I walk up there and I said to somebody can I talk to a manager and the person next to me said they're ignoring us. We've been asking to talk to somebody . We're all waiting for our food and a couple of them were Uber eats so their customers are not gonna be happy whenever they get their food.
So I pounded my hand on the counter to get someone's attention and said we need to speak to a manager, please by ignoring these customers is not gonna make them go away so somebody please walk up to this counter and answer these questions
Reluctantly, a manager turned around by the name of Anna who said we're doing the best we can I said evidently you're not because no one should be waiting 20 minutes for their food, especially in a drive-through when you ask people to pull forward
Please wait on these people beside me cause they are here first I've been waiting a while. Do not turn your back on them and not speak to them.
She turned around and went back to preparing food. I guess there must've been at least 10 employees there standing around in circles, not knowing what to do.
now that tells me the management is not trained. I know how to handle a high volume of food orders because you have more than enough employees there to meet the demand so I waited another 10 minutes. Finally got the food check the bag was not accurate of course that never is . Got that corrected. Went back outside and they're still bumping up people from the drive-through waiting a long time for orders now at some point, someone needs to say to the customers I am sorry we're having a back up. Can you give us a few moments to get caught up?
No, that did not happen. They chose to ignore the customers and refused to deal with the issue even saying you know what we're behind when I give you your order. I'm gonna give you a free apple pie or a soda or something. There are ways to handle people who are waiting that should not be waiting that long.
I'm gonna go back to my single mom friend who spent $33 on food that by the time we got it it was cold. She could not afford that and I certainly did not have the time to waste waiting outside when I knew they were not gonna be bringing my food out to have to come into the lobby and try to help the people at the counter. Get someone to turn around and speak to them.
I will be contacting the corporate office or if somebody from Cope management reads this I would like a contact back because I need to speak to somebody about a full refund
I have never been inside a McDonald's that was so disorganized and backed up with employees more than enough wandering around in that kitchen area not knowing what to do. Management needs some more training to know how to handle the volume and how to handle employees.
