  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered ahead specifically so I could pull up and pick up my food quickly, yet I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in curbside. While waiting, my children needed to use the restroom. They went inside and politely asked for the code, but the staff refused to give it to them and told them to wait, even though it was clearly urgent. When someone finally came to unlock it, they were rude to my kids and rushed them out of the restroom, telling them they couldn’t be in there because others were waiting. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially toward a 10‑year‑old and a 7‑year‑old. When my curbside order finally arrived, several items were missing, the order was wrong, and there were no straws or sauces that I had pre‑selected. When I tried to talk to the employee, they literally turned around and walked away while I was speaking, and when I asked if they were going to give me the rest of what I ordered, the response was incredibly rude and dismissive. I actually used to work at this location, and I have always trusted it because the service used to be great. But the last few times I’ve come here, the customer service has been rude, unprofessional, and careless. Today’s experience especially how my children were treated was the last straw! Ohh and apparently I got a burnt hamburger on top of all of that.

  Last night it took 35 minutes to get two cheeseburgers, a large fry and a drink. 20 minutes of waiting in a curbside pickup spot before I drove around to the drive thru to ask what was going on with my order just for the staff to just seem lost and fumble around for another 15 minutes until they gave me my food. This location has gone downhill so fast, wait times average 15 minutes or more for simple meals, staff doesn’t seem to care most of the time and others can be seen goofing off while others are playing catchup on orders.

  Fresh hot food, honestly hasn't happened in a while this location might have restored my trust. Fries and food was great. Service two thumbs up.

  I order a big mac and frys..every time I come. EVERY TIME , I get pulled over to the pick up side and wait ADDITIONAL 15 MIN!! you don't have big macs ready? Why are you called fast food when you don't have food ready? EVER!! WORTHLESS INCOMPETENCE!!

  Aright I have bin going to McDonald’s my whole life, hell even worked there. Now with that being said, I just wanna take some time to say how horrible this McDonald’s is, first off th customer service here is rude and disrespectful alot of the time, people there have no emotions what so ever.. also how is it your most famous drink sprite is out of stock for almost 2 weeks! How lastly I got this burrito today and you guys even said can you pull up to the number 2 spot so we can make fresh burritos. Now that’s nice, but it’s not nice when I get 80 percent air in my burrito and I don’t even get to eat anything
