  Worst McDonalds in Tucson whole order wrong no sauces that were ordered in my bag and they took so long and food was horrible how are you gonna give nasty fries with no ketchup

  Past few times I’ve been in the quality control has been worse and worse. Staff are friendly however they are obviously overwhelmed so they tend to be all over the place. Burger was not to standard and fries were still raw. Probably gonna skip this location for now on.

  I really need to wake up earlier and make breakfast went to McDonalds waiting 20 minutes now for a simple order they really like raising prices without the service to tie with it

  Never have I ever had an issue with my app until today. They charged my card and then canceled my order. We are currently homeless with our kids because of our home insurance company. So we are short on cash already as it is. So this really hit hard. They said they couldn't do anything about it because it was canceled by the app and we have to wait for them to refund the money. So never again will I ever go to this mcdonalds. If yall make a mistake we have to pay for it pretty much. Thanks mcdonalds seem scammy to me.

  Smelled like legit poop when we walked in my deal wasn’t working I pressed the assistance button and waited 20 minutes for someone to come. Eventually just left because of the horrible customer service just for the order to be wrong.
