  The arcade and activities are great. Don’t waste your time in the restaurant. Every table was filthy including the one we sat in, which was never cleaned after we sat down. The wait staff stood in a corner socializing and on their phones. We had to get up to request napkins. After our food was delivered we requested silverware, but it was never delivered. After waiting a long time for our bill, I stood up and made eye contact with the group on their phones, nothing. I Ended up requesting our bill from the hostess, who was kind and helpful. The food was not good, the chicken tenders were tough and all breading. The boneless wings were not hot. Normally I would kindly request a new plate, but the wait staff never left their social circle to help us. Do not waste your money in the restaurant. Judging by other reviews, the terrible service is an ongoing problem.

  Main event is only good for bowling. About 1/3 of the games are broken, another 1/3 will just steal your points/tickets and then wont play, employees sitting on there phones, no one fixing any games, children jumping around on the games. Watched a kid stomp on the card reader at the connect 4 basketball game. All the claw games are obviously rigged, this place literally has no shame. The games are 7.5pts-25pts per games. So you come here drop a couple hundred dollars on game points/tickets and get it stolen back from you. They basically bank on the fact you'll get tired of going to ask the workers for your points back when the game breaks or steals your tickets. I highly recommend you dont spend your money on the game cards here. Go to round one, dave and busters, and honestly even peter piper pizza is better for games.

  The staff here are awesome and very respectful when you walk in the door! The person that helped us out today was Andrew I really appreciate how easy he made us feel welcomed and answered all the questions we had to get started with the card and points to play for our kids we’ll definitely be back!! 😁

  I live near Main Event and it is absolute gem. Great Value, Staff, Management, Food and Service. I have never had a bad experience. I have never really been a bowler, but I really love bowling at Main Event. I think the food is very affordable and for this type of venue, the food is really above standard. Joseph, a server in the bowling lanes, is truly great and has made every visit special. I have never really been a fan of the “Dave and Busters” type of establishments, but this place is different. Highly recommended.
